Leaving the dock and putting the throttle gently down the boat hopped right up on plane and I was staring at mid 30's before I realized it. After some running and getting a feel for the boat, I did a short full throttle run. 58 MPH with a full tank (41 gallons).... I ran out to Delaware Bay via the canal putting more time on the boat. In the canal, with slack tide, again I saw 58 mph. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Not only is this a real beauty, but it's performance and handling exceeded my expectations. I did a little playing and cruising at 29ish burning 3.5 gal/hr. Again, exceeding my expectations!
