Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Alain is an avid fisherman and certified captain that has spent most of his life on the waters of South Florida and the Bahamas. As an entrepreneur of over 15 years, he has extensive experience in managing businesses including retail and boat sales. When presented with an opportunity to get into the boat manufacturing industry, he decided it was time to pursue his dream and jumped on it and took the challenge. He spent years learning the trade that has now carried him into his newfound career.
Today, he plays a vital role in overseeing the day to day operations of Vtech Boatworks and continues to push new methods and techniques in the manufacturing process.
Alain is in charge of the production floor and supervises the lamination, assembly and finish departments. Being an overachiever in nature, he also manages and handles marketing, sales, customer and dealer services, seatrials and personally delivers each boat to its new owner.
His leadership, dedication, ability to always think ahead and push hard through every build is what sets him apart.
